The Reveri app, a platform that connects users with mental health professionals, faced an unfriendly payment process and a disintegrated checkout system on its static HTML website. The outdated design and lack of modern functionalities hindered an optimal user experience for its users, who were looking for a simple and secure way to access mental health services.

CleverIT Group stepped in to transform Reveri's payment system, migrating to a modern client-server architecture. Utilizing cutting-edge technologies like React, Next JS, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and Nest JS, a streamlined, intuitive, and secure checkout was created. Integration with Stripe for payment processing and Twilio Segment for event tracking completed the solution, enabling Reveri to offer a smooth and reliable payment experience for its users.

We had to overcome some challenges, such as implementing Segment for event tracking, creating customized checkout flows for subscriptions and one-time payments, integrating specific fields into Stripe, managing webhooks, and implementing discount codes. Converting the Figma design to code without discrepancies completed the visual transformation, ensuring a consistent user experience across all devices.

The transformation of the payment system generated tangible benefits for Reveri. A more user-friendly payment process, a 7-day free trial, automation of the purchase process with Glassfy, integration of subscription management with Glassfy and Firestore, and integration of analytics, monitoring, and optimization tools were some of the results achieved. User behavior understanding was also enhanced, allowing Reveri to offer a personalized experience and improve user satisfaction.

The new design, aligned with Reveri's needs, and the implementation of tags to measure events across different segments completed the elimination of the initial pain points.

Reveri users' satisfaction with the payment process increased significantly, leading to an increase in conversions and a reduction in cart abandonment rates. Subscription management became more efficient, and user behavior understanding deepened, enabling Reveri to optimize its services and offer a better experience to its users.
