One of the largest Isapres in Chile, with more than 1.5 million members, faced increasing customer dissatisfaction. Key processes, such as requesting refunds, buying bonds and collecting licenses, could only be done in person or through a website with a poor user experience. Users, especially older people, were forced to go to care offices, leading to long lines and frustration.

CleverIt partnered with ISAPRE to develop an innovative mobile application that would transform the experience of its users. The solution was based on:

  • A team of experts: A dedicated team, comprised of a certified software test engineer, a front-end developer and a back-end developer, was responsible for each stage of the project.
  • Agile methodology: An agile development methodology was used to ensure fast deliveries that were adaptable to changing customer needs.
  • Cutting-edge technologies: More than 30 RESTful microservices were implemented in .NET Core, a Cassandra database and CockroachDB, and the mobile application was developed on Ionic
