The Women Economic Forum of Chile organizes an annual event that brings together business, political and academic leaders to discuss issues of innovation, economy and technology. In 2023, the Women Open Innovation was held in Santiago de Chile and included the participation of more than 6,000 in-person attendees and +1,200 online.
The organizers of the event sought to create an immersive experience that would highlight the importance of innovation and technology for women's empowerment. However, they had little time to develop an innovative solution that could be used by a wide audience.
CleverIt Group proposed creating a video of animated digital avatars modeled in 3D, to add to the “celebration party” segment, scheduled as the event's relationship moment. It was also proposed to design a filter for the social network Instagram, which would bring the event experience to maximum interaction with the user, spreading the brand through the attendees in an entertaining and organic way.
The CleverIT Group team worked tirelessly for several days to complete the project on time. The result was a video of two characters modeled in 3D and then animated to create an experience that combined the real and the digital. The design was creative and interactive, where the public felt part of the virtual and the virtual gave life to the real world.
The characters were conceptualized and executed with an impeccable design to highlight the customer's brand and give an unparalleled experience to the end user. In addition, it was complemented by the design of a fully functional Instagram filter for brand outreach.
The audience at the event was delighted with the party segment. People danced and feasted with the digital avatars, creating an atmosphere of celebration and joy. The Instagram filter was also a success. It was used by event attendees, who shared their photos and videos on social media.
