CleverIT, an expert retail technology partner, developed a tool for verifying product deliveries that allowed a retail company to improve the experience of its users, streamline its processes and reduce costs.
The tool is based on a 6-digit alphanumeric security code, which is sent via a QR code via email to company users. Upon delivery, it must be submitted for validation; if you do not have the QR code, you must submit a photograph accompanied by the name and RUT of the recipient.
The developed system is capable of Pprocess more than 30,000 generations of QR codes in a single day, which translates into an improvement in customer response times and a reduction in the work of carriers. In addition, the integration of the TRL system, which delivers evidence through Pub/Sub messaging, was achieved.
- Improved customer experience: The customer now has access to accurate information about the delivery of their products, allowing them to be more informed and to make more informed decisions.
- Streamlining of processes: The system has made it possible to speed up the delivery of products, which translates into better customer service.
- Cost reduction: The system has made it possible to reduce manual labor for carriers, which has generated savings for the customer.
- Improved security: The system has improved delivery security, since now products can only be delivered to authorized persons.
CleverIT demonstrated its retail expertise by developing a tool that met the client's objectives and exceeded their expectations. The system has made it possible to improve the customer experience, streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Expertise in retail
- Ability to identify needs
- Development of effective and efficient solutions
- Customer orientation
The project was an overall success, but some recommendations can be made to make it even better:
- Add more functionality: The system could incorporate new features, such as the ability to track the status of a delivery in real time or to send notifications to the customer when their product is ready to be delivered.
- Improve usability: The system could improve its usability, especially for carriers.
- Extend the system to other areas: The system could be extended to other areas of the company, such as product returns or technical service.
