This is the case of one of the Chile's largest ISAPRES, with more than 1,500,000 members. In 2023, the company decided to modernize its digital platform to improve the customer experience.
The ISAPRE website was little used by customers when creating their refunds due to an unfriendly user experience, so most customers went physically to buy bonds and generate refunds. This, of course, created annoyance and frustration for customers, and increased the company's operating costs.
CleverIt proposed to develop a new mobile app for our client. The App would allow customers to carry out all the important ISAPRE processes in a simple and fast way, from any mobile device.
A development team was assembled consisting of a software test engineer certified in ISTQB Foundation Level, pTu performance tester Unity with Jmeter, Scrum Foundation and Scrum Master, a front-end developer specialized in Ionic and a back-end developer specialized in .NET Core.
