Our client, a company dedicated to the preparation of financial reports, needed a digital platform that would allow its clients to access and request information directly, improving the experience and efficiency in document management.

The previous system was based on its own server where the files were hosted, making it difficult for clients to access and organize information. The customer was looking for a modern, scalable and secure solution that would facilitate interaction with their customers.

CleverIT partnered with the customer to develop a comprehensive platform that encompasses:

• Access to customers: Web portal where customers can log in and view their documents.
• Request for documents: It allows customers to request new documents or upload files for the company to process.
• Documentary management: Storage and organization of documents in SharePoint, with controlled access for users.
• Notifications: Alert system to inform customers about new available documents or processed requests

An agile methodology (Scrum) was used for rapid development and adaptable to customer needs. The platform was developed with the following technologies: ReactJS, .NET Core, SQL Server and the Microsoft API for integration with Sharepoint.
