Our mission was to work directly with Microsoft Azure to implement all customer needs, including the greatest amount of functionality it offers to achieve the company's identity, security and governance objectives. In addition, more and more DevOps (Azure Devops) practices are being inculcated, in order to streamline change processes in projects that are currently underway.
This customer, a leading logistics company in Chile, faced challenges with their previous cloud solutions provider (CSP) that hampered their ability to effectively manage their operations. They needed a partner who could provide value-added CSP services, including Azure platform support and services to ensure operational continuity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the efficient shipment of products throughout Chile, as well as a perfect integration with different suppliers in the industry.
That's where CleverIt stepped in and provided the customer with the experience and support they needed to navigate the complexities of Microsoft Azure. With the help of CleverIt, the customer was able to achieve a solid platform capable of managing a large volume of transactions from several stakeholders. This resulted in a monthly average of two million transactions.
To address customer pain, CleverIt implemented a variety of cloud tools, such as application services, Logic App, SQL databases and virtual machines. Best practices in governance, security and identity were also implemented to improve the availability, elasticity and scalability of the platform. CleverIt also helped the customer control costs and apply DevOps best practices to new and existing projects.

In addition to providing them with the necessary tools and expertise, we help the customer to effectively understand and manage their cloud infrastructure. The result was a solid and efficient platform capable of handling a high volume of transactions, improve customer satisfaction and increase customer competitiveness in the market.
