As a strategic partner of GitHub in LATAM, CleverIT implemented an evaluation to define governance, configurations and best practices for customer environments in GitHub Enterprise Cloud, which was one of the tools already used, although not properly used.
With in-depth interviews with the client's teams and exhaustive documentation, policies were defined at the Enterprise level, organization and repositories, the technology stack, a branching strategy and policies, among other aspects that would enhance the security and efficiency of development cycles.
