In this success story, our client is a company in the telecommunications sector with a presence throughout Chile. The organization had multiple tools for its software development cycle, without integration or coherence. This lack of a centralized platform was creating a series of problems.
The teams' collaboration and visibility of progress on each project was affected, in addition to also having a negative impact on the company's scalability. In addition to this absence of a unified strategy, there was a clear exposure to security risks, which even led the organization to suffer a cyberattack in 2023.

As a strategic partner of GitHub in LATAM, CleverIT implemented an evaluation to define governance, configurations and best practices for customer environments in GitHub Enterprise Cloud, which was one of the tools already used, although not properly used.
With in-depth interviews with the client's teams and exhaustive documentation, policies were defined at the Enterprise level, organization and repositories, the technology stack, a branching strategy and policies, among other aspects that would enhance the security and efficiency of development cycles. All of the above based on GitHub best practices, adapted to our client's use case.
