Our client is an energy company that has faced limitations with its Azure cloud services, as it was under the Enterprise Agreement (EA) model. CleverIt, as a Microsoft partner specialized in cloud migration services under the CSP model, proposed a solution to help the customer: migrate all cloud services to a new subscription under the CSP model, which would provide a more personalized service that included pay-per-use, leading to greater flexibility and control over their cloud services.
The migration was not an easy task. Our expert team worked closely with the customer to ensure a successful migration with minimal impact on the customer's operation, a key factor in this type of project.
To implement the solution, it was necessary to analyze EA's current subscription and evaluate what was the best approach to migrating each service.
At the end of the day, the migration was a success and the customer benefited from a more personalized service than has improved its control and flexibility in managing its cloud services, which also opens up the possibility of reducing operating costs.
