Our client, which includes leading retail companies in Latam, faced a major challenge with their in-store product delivery processes. I lacked a system that could track customer deliveries and manage product returns, leading to a lack of visibility and control over inventory levels. This resulted in long wait times for customers during in-store pickups, products lost in the warehouse, and difficulties managing product returns accurately.
To overcome these critical points, our client's team embarked on a mission to create a robust system that could monitor the delivery and return of products, manage stock in real time and reduce waiting times for in-store pickups, in order to improve the experience of its customers. That's when CleverIt comes on the scene!
Led by our highly experienced technical talents, who ensured that the project was executed effectively and efficiently, the solution was built using the latest technologies, including Angular, NodeJS, Nest and MongoDB, and integrated with the Pub/Sub messaging service in Google Cloud, one of our IT partners. This ensured that the system was scalable, efficient and reliable, and it also allowed us to create an easy-to-use interface for non-technical equipment.
