A company in the pharmaceutical world had a very important challenge to address: Improve its stress tests to obtain more information about the performance of its services, and thus offer an optimal experience to its users.
In previous tests, they had failed to identify which services were slow to respond or what errors were causing the failures that occurred. This situation became really frustrating, until CleverIt sprang into action.
To meet this challenge, our QA and DevOps professionals were at the customer's disposal and proposed a back end and front end master-slave stress testing architecture developed in k6.
This architecture makes it possible to simulate the behavior of several recurring users from different machines, which is similar to the behavior of the platform during sales periods. The test graphics are managed in Grafana to facilitate the detection of errors in real time, achieving full visibility of each service and its current state.
