In this success story, our client is a mining company with an international reach based in Chile, which had a wide range of products that are updated every two weeks, considering both web and desktop applications, as well as mobile services and applications.

At that time, the customer faced a considerable challenge in their development process, because the internal team received recurring complaints due to system failures after each update of their products. These failures generated increased costs for the Development team, as they had to invest time in resolving errors and tackling repetitive tasks, which negatively impacted productivity and customer satisfaction.

Test automation for better results

To address these issues, CleverIT implemented a comprehensive solution in collaboration with the customer. It developed a service capable of automatically creating test cases based on the User Stories assigned for each biweekly update. This service was designed in collaboration with the customer's internal IT team to ensure alignment with the company's specific processes and requirements. In addition, significant effort was made to maintain and improve automated tests at the functional level to ensure their effectiveness and relevance in the context of frequent updates to the customer's products.
