CleverIt was contacted by one of the largest retail companies in Latin America, which needed to develop a customized software solution to address their needs for hiring in-store support personnel on demand, especially for high-demand events in the industry.
This is due to the challenges associated with dates such as CyberDay and purchases with pick-up in a physical store, Mother's or Father's Day, Christmas, among others. To increase sales and provide a better experience for its customers, the company needed to manage the hiring process more efficiently.
To meet the needs of our client, we developed a mobile application for job seekers and a web application to manage candidates, job opportunities and other associated tasks; all this with several microservices that would allow us to manage aspects such as user data, documents, job applications, interviews, working hours, job offers, security and task scheduling.
Powered by our partner's Cloud Run technology Google Cloud, a solution was implemented to ensure the availability 24/07 of this management software. Thanks to this project, our retail client achieved significant improvements in different aspects of its operation:
- 50% reduction in time to fill vacancies for required personnel in a physical store.
- Cost savings thanks to the client's internal management of contracting processes, without depending on external companies.
- Security improvements thanks to Google credentials implemented by our experts.
- Creation of a base of 120,000 users, with approximately 60,000 active users.
- Earning an average of 20 daily job offers.
Upon seeing these results, the client was very satisfied with the work of our talents, thanks to whose commitment and dedication it was guaranteed that the project came to fruition.
This software solution resulted in a successful case, especially by reducing the time to fill vacancies by 50%, which was one of our client's main pains during days of high demand for retail.
