Our client is a prominent retail company in Chile that had an important mission: improve your sales channels and offer a better experience to its users. In this process, the customer needed to address the limitations of their sales channels, the integration with systems in the physical store and the need for a more efficient and trained team; all these points translated into loss of sales opportunities.

This is where CleverIt comes in! Our team proposed the development of a Progressive Web Platform (PWA), where by scanning the bar codes of the products offered, users could instantly access information about availability and prices in the current or other stores of the brand.

The best? Users could make purchases through the app, choosing in-store pickup or home delivery and being able to track their purchases at every step.
