Our client in this project is a key company in the Chilean maritime logistics chain. Its objective was to consolidate its vast experience in a digital application that will optimize the management times and procedures necessary for logistics management in the country's ports. Faced with the need to market an app that would manage these processes, they realized that they did not have the internal technological capacity to develop a digital product of this magnitude.

In this regard, the customer was going through different challenges

• Digitization of processes to be able to translate manual load release procedures into an efficient and scalable digital product.
• A limited technological capacity that hindered the creation of the solution that was needed, both due to lack of resources and knowledge.

CleverIt to the rescue

Using the results of an earlier Product Discovery process, we developed functional prototypes that served as the basis for implement a new digital product that will optimize cargo management processes. To this end, CleverIt specialists worked on:

Configuration and creation of customized modules to support different users and customers.

• Implementation of integrations with external systems and internal systems.
• Automation of flows for the management of logistics procedures, speeding up time and minimizing human errors.
  

The entire project was carried out under the Scrum framework, which allowed us to remain flexible and at the same time aligned with the needs of our client thanks to daily synchronization meetings, sprint planning and evaluation and retrospective sessions to seek opportunities for improvement in our processes.
