Problematic

This time, our client is an important Trader of products with a reach in Latin America, the United States and other countries around the world. The company needed to refresh its brand and develop a website for its positioning in Chile; a website that would capture the essence of its brand by showing its services, equipment, contact form and blog with valuable content designed for SEO, also integrating it with its B2B portal.

General aches (pain points)

At the time we started working with our team, the client had a website with poor search engine rankings due to problems with SEO (his evaluation was at 47%). In addition, they offered an outdated image on a site that had problems integrating with their B2B portal and did not have a .cl domain. The website had confusing information and content, not hierarchical and not optimized for SEO.

Solution Proposal

To solve the pain of our client, we provided a great team of Clevers who worked on the development of a website optimized for SEO, with the design of a fresh image that represents the values of the brand: luxury and quality. Valuable content was also created to help with search engine optimization, the B2B portal for customers and, of course, all the monitoring and analytical tools for subsequent decision-making and other commercial and marketing initiatives were integrated.

Technical results

The B2B portal was successfully integrated, with direct access to the product catalog managed by the customer. A website developed in Webflow was delivered, which makes it easier for the client to manage content in the face of the future need to make changes independently.

Additionally, tracking tags were integrated for measurement and analytics, together with an email manager through Mailchimp for sending automatic emails and storing contacts.

Business Results

We ensure SEO optimization that benefits the positioning of the website, which will result in more commercial leads for the client. This is also thanks to a better definition of services and value proposition designed to obtain qualified leads.

Dolores (pain points) results

An SEO-optimized site was delivered on a .cl domain, with a rating of over 80% (great). We designed a new look & feel for this space, which is better suited to the avant-garde that prevails in the services offered by our client. The contents, both at the general level and within the blog, were reordered in such a way as to allow better optimization for search engines, offering valuable content for the client's end users.
