Our client is an airline with a presence in the Americas, whose development team needed Getting more out of GitHub Copilot Business. Some time ago they had purchased licenses for this solution, but without relevant results that would justify its use among developers and teams that participate in the software development lifecycle in general.
As a prominent GitHub partner in LATAM, we have a adoption program for GitHub Copilot, which seeks to learn fluently how to use this tool. This was the solution proposed to the customer, but in a version adapted to the needs of their team. We worked with 50 people, with whom we carried out evaluations at the beginning and end of the program to measure learning, in addition to practical and theoretical training sessions.
All this accompanied by Groowcity and Performance Dashboard, two key tools designed by CleverIt for measuring learning in technological teams, and monitoring metrics for the use of new tools, such as GitHub Copilot in this success story.
